Drury dudes put on women’s shoes to help stop sexual violence
Drury men will put on high heels, wedges and pink flip-flops on Wednesday, Sept. 7 for the third annual “Walk the Lane in Her Shoes” event. Male students walk Drury Lane in women’s shoes to raise awareness of sexual violence. The event begins at 8 p.m. in the Findlay Student Center circle at the north end of Drury Lane. Continue reading

Drury student is recognized by the national Kappa Alpha Fraternity
Steven Blackshear had no idea that approximately one year after he was initiated into Drury’s Beta Iota Chapter of Kappa Alpha Fraternity that he would be recognized as the 150,000th initiate in the fraternity’s history. On Nov. 9, 2010, the Knight Commander of Kappa Alpha presented Blackshear with a special KA badge and gave the Drury chapter a plaque commemorating Blackshear’s accomplishment. Continue reading
